Building Solutions and Stronger Customer Relationships

Recipient of the Savant Group’s 2025 Leaders’ Choice Award

MIDLAND, Michigan — On a recent Friday morning, Chris Mrozinski, training and service specialist for the Savant Group, is preparing for an upcoming trip and talking with the Tannas production team. It is this type of active, hands-on problem-solving that recently earned Mrozinski the Savant Group’s first-ever Leaders Choice Award. This award honors Chris for his exceptional technical service performance, innovative thinking, and customer-focused impact across the organization.

For more than two years, Chris has played a vital role in supporting Tannas customers throughout the United States and around the world.  He travels to customer locations to install, maintain, and service Tannas Company benchtop instruments while providing hands-on training. His work helps customers maximize the value of their technology and ensures reliable instrument performance. In addition to his customer-facing responsibilities, Chris supports the certification laboratory by calibrating and certifying new instruments and contributing to new projects. He has also identified and developed process improvements that increase efficiency for both employees and customers.

“I’ve always enjoyed figuring out how things work and finding ways to help others, so this role has been a natural fit,” said Mrozinski. “Every customer, every project, and every trip brings a chance to learn something new. I’m grateful to be part of a team that encourages growth.”

Chris is widely recognized for his creativity and technical expertise. He consistently goes beyond his core responsibilities by designing and implementing tools that improve calibration, testing, and field service operations. His innovative solutions have enhanced both internal processes and the user experience. His strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration have strengthened the capabilities of the entire Savant Group team.

What Chris enjoys most about his role is the opportunity to solve technical challenges, build strong customer relationships, and help customers get the most out of Tannas’ technology. His dedication, accountability, and customer-first mindset make him a trusted resource for colleagues, distributors, and customers alike.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of opportunities to disconnect and enjoy nature. He can often be found riding his motorcycle, camping, fishing, or tending to his garden.

Chris also enjoys a variety of hands-on and creative pursuits, including painting, woodworking, and designing 3D models. These hobbies allow him to continue learning new skills while expressing the same creativity and problem-solving mindset that have made him a standout contributor at the Savant Group. He remains grateful for the support and teamwork that have contributed to his success and looks forward to continuing to grow and make an impact in the years ahead.
