Returns and Cancellations Policy
At Tannas, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product needs to be returned due to an error made on our part, or for any other reason requiring prior authorization, please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For custom-ordered/manufactured items, a 20% production fee will be applied upon cancellation. A 25% restocking fee may also be applied to returned orders. Effort to identify the source of a problem before returning is vital. If the issue cannot be identified, please contact our Technical Service team or your local distributor for assistance.
