Midland, Michigan. The Savant Group announces the appointment of Brian Miller as Chief Operating Officer. As a dynamic and strategic leader, Brian will ensure both strategy and execution is aligned across the Savant Group of companies while improving the quality and digitalization of key processes. His hiring supports the achievement of strategic priorities and operational objectives for the Savant Group.
Brian has extensive training in six sigma and lean product and process improvement principles. He brings a strong background in business management, overseeing diverse functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, operations, sales, and IT. Brian is skilled in project and change management, design engineering, product/service development, and finance. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in Sales and Marketing and Logistics Management.
Prior to joining the Savant Group, Brian owned a successful consulting firm, guiding and transforming a wide range of client businesses to improve internal operations, increase employee and customer satisfaction, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
